Terms of Service

TraderLog ("TraderLog", "we", "us") operates the traderlog.co websites and applications from Ch. de la Vieille-Fontaine 13, 1233 Bernex, Switzerland. You can reach us at hello@traderlog.co.

By creating an account or using TraderLog you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TraderLog provides two products:

• Trade Journaling: a trading journal with statistics, portfolio tracking, and broker imports.
• Trade with AI: AI-generated market signals, confidence scores, briefings, and related analytics, in addition to everything in Trade Journaling.

TraderLog is decision support, not investment advice. Signals, confidence scores, briefings, statistics, and any other output of the service are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument, and they are not tailored to your personal financial situation.

We are not a broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. We never place trades in your brokerage account. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; past performance, including any published model track record, does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Prices and supported currencies are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• New subscriptions may include a free trial (length shown at checkout). A valid payment method is required to start a trial, and the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Trials are limited to one per customer.
• When you upgrade between plans, the difference is prorated on your existing subscription, so you only pay for what changes.
• You can cancel anytime via the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. See the refund policy for refunds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, scrape, or republish signals or other paid content outside your own use;
• share your account or circumvent plan limits or access controls;
• reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Market data shown in TraderLog may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided without warranty. Broker imports (for example Schwab or Interactive Brokers) depend on those third parties and may fail or change without notice. We are not responsible for third-party services, including your broker.

Your journal entries and imported trade data remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and process them to operate the service. Aggregated, de-identified usage may be used to improve our models. The service itself, including its models, signals, design, and content, belongs to TraderLog and is protected by intellectual property law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including any warranty of profitability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to sue or be sued elsewhere.
